1. About us

These terms apply to services supplied by Vonula Limited, trading as Vonula London, registered in England & Wales, company number 16607546, of 13-17 High Beech Road, Loughton, Essex, IG10 4BN. Our services are supplied to businesses and to those responsible for managing commercial premises. We do not provide domestic house cleaning.

2. Quotations

Quotations follow a free site visit and are based on the building and scope inspected at that visit. A quotation sets out the schedule, the areas covered and what is included. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Where the scope, frequency, access arrangements or condition of the premises differ materially from what was inspected, we will agree a revised price with you in writing before proceeding.

3. The services

We supply the team, all equipment and all cleaning products, including eco-friendly products as standard. Work is carried out to the scope agreed for your building and is quality checked after every visit. Our standard operating hours are Monday to Sunday, 8:00am – 8:00pm; out-of-hours work is available where a site requires it and is agreed in advance.

We do not currently provide domestic house cleaning, short-let or Airbnb turnarounds, post-construction cleaning, or exterior window cleaning. Interior window cleaning is included.

4. Access and your responsibilities

You agree to provide safe and timely access to the premises, including keys, fobs, alarm codes or booked service lifts where relevant, along with access to water and power. Where access cannot be provided at the agreed time and we are not notified in advance, the visit may be charged in full. Please tell us of any hazards, restricted areas or items requiring special care before work begins.

5. Our people

All cleaners are vetted, trained and work a supervised period before working unsupervised. Teams are uniformed and work discreetly around your staff, residents, members or guests. We aim to keep the same team on your site, though this can depend on availability, holiday and sickness cover.

6. Standards and putting things right

If any part of a visit falls short of the agreed scope, tell us within 24 hours of that visit and we will return and put it right at no additional cost. We would rather correct work than debate it.

7. Payment

Charges, frequency and invoicing terms are set out in your quotation or contract. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We reserve the right to charge statutory interest on late payment under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 and to suspend services while an invoice remains overdue.

8. Cancellation and changes

Individual visits may be rescheduled by giving at least 24 hours’ notice. Visits cancelled with less notice may be charged. Ongoing contracts may be ended by either party on the notice period stated in the contract; where no period is stated, 30 days’ written notice applies.

9. Insurance and liability

Vonula London holds public liability and employers’ liability insurance. Any claim for loss or damage should be reported to us in writing within seven days of the visit concerned so that it can be investigated properly. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability arising out of the services is limited to the charges paid for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profit.

10. Confidentiality

We treat information about your building, your business and the people in it as confidential, and our teams are bound to do the same. We will not name a client publicly without permission.

11. Website use

Content on this website is provided for information and is owned by us. It may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Specifications, inclusions and coverage described here are indicative; the quotation and contract issued to you take precedence.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
